If you are unhappy with any item that you have received from us, for any reason, you may contact our office to organize a full refund. This is our 100% customer guarantee and assurance.
Pricing
We do our best to keep a consistent price with our products, so that you, our customer, are not subject to daily fluctuations. There are, however, some circumstances where this is not the case. We will contact you on your billing day to keep you in the loop. We allow up to a 15% total price increase to cover these fluctuations.
Wholesale
Due to quality, availability and price, some produce may not be available all year round. We make comprehensive judgments on what makes the cut, and what doesn’t. By using our services, you agree to not be in contact with the market regarding outr products and/or pricing. This includes being sent market wholesale lists and alike. We base our pricing on many parameters, and appreciate your co-operation in this matter.
