Can I collect my order from your warehouse

You can absolutely collect your order from our warehouse. Simply contact us, and we will organise that for you. This options is not automatically available in our checkout procedure yet, but will be soon.

Can you deliver to my house, even if I am not home

Most of our customers are not home; weather they are out for an hour or the whole day, we endeavour to do our best to make sure that your produce is left in a safe place when you are not home. More details about this can be found in our terms and conditions

What about bad stock – can I get a credit?

We try our hardest to supply fresh stock all the time – but due to the nature of the product, sometimes you may receive stock that you arent happy with .. In this case, we ask that you contact us ASAP, and if request, to send a picture of the stock, so we can show our suppliers – then we will send you credit.

When do I have to order by?

Our buyers are in the Markets at the crack of dawn, so the earlier you get your order in, the better .. however, you can order up until 3:00pm the day before, for your next delivery day*.

* No deliveries Wednesdays or Public Holidays. Due to market deliveries, the best days to get your order in by is 3pm Sundays for monday or tuesday delivery or 3pm Wednesday for a thursday or friday delivery.
